The Loneliness workbook is suitable for anyone who wants to stop to think about loneliness and explore the thoughts, feelings and practices related to it.

The Loneliness workbook can help you find new perspectives on your relationships and ways to alleviate loneliness. The workbook will help you process and alleviate your experience of loneliness.

The book contains information and exercises that allow you to examine what you think of yourself and others as relates to loneliness as well as your interaction with other people. Exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours related to loneliness will help you get started, thereby enabling you to begin acting in a new way to alleviate loneliness.

The Loneliness workbook is based on research and it was developed in collaboration with people experiencing loneliness in the Näkemys project funded by the Funding Centre for Social Welfare and Health Organisations in 2017–2020.
